Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take? All orders ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use it directly on our website under "Track My Order."
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at support@charmedbyyou.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Products & Quality
What materials are your necklaces made from? Our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver and 14K gold-filled metals — real quality materials built to last. We do not sell gold-plated or low-quality alloy jewelry.
Will the jewelry tarnish over time? 925 sterling silver and 14K gold-filled pieces are highly tarnish-resistant with proper care. We recommend removing your necklace before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume to keep it looking its best for years.
How should I care for my jewelry? Store your necklace in a cool, dry place (ideally in the gift box it came in). Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, chlorine, and lotions.
What necklace lengths are available? Most of our necklaces come on an adjustable chain ranging from 16" to 18", making them flattering for most necklines. Specific lengths are listed on each product page.
Can I personalize my order? We include a free gift message card with every order. Simply add your message at checkout and we'll hand-write it and include it in your box.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@charmedbyyou.com with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We're so sorry if this happens! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge.
How long do refunds take? Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
Gift & Packaging
Does every order come gift-wrapped? Yes — every single order ships in our signature gift box with a ribbon, at no extra cost. It's our way of making every order feel special, whether it's a gift or a treat for yourself.
Can I add a gift message? Yes! At checkout there's a field to add a personal message. We'll include a handwritten card in your box for free.
Do you offer gift wrapping upgrades? Our standard packaging is already gift-ready. If you'd like premium tissue paper and a wax seal added, select the "Premium Gift Wrap" option at checkout for just $3.
Other Questions
How do I use my discount code? Enter your code in the discount field at checkout. Only one code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
